Programs Available:

• Scattered Site Housing –Gothenburg Housing Authority owns 28 homes in Gothenburg.  Families must be income eligible.  Rent is based on income.
• Hillcrest Apartments –is a 40 unit public housing complex.  These apartments are for anyone over 62, handicapped, or disabled and able to live independently and income eligible.
•  Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher - This program is available to eligible families meeting income guidelines.  The program allows eligible applicant to look for housing on the private market and the lease is signed directly with the owner.   
• Crestview Senior Housing - These 16 apartment units offer a care-free living environment for frail elderly, handicapped and disabled persons age 62 and over. Rent is based on your personal annual adjusted income.
